Soana Yoga Classes are designed to be inclusive, safe and accessible to all. The journey and experience is entirely personal and therefore can be practiced with your specific needs in mind. Please make sure to consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program and massage treatment.
During a private yoga class, we will assess your individual needs and tailor a program that best suits your needs within the holistic ayurvedic approach and in the comfort of your home, outdoors or online.
